East side of the Juniata River only. West side of the Susquehanna only. Rt. 11/15 from Rt. 322 at Clark's Ferry and North to Chapman. Rt. 104 North to Buckwheat Valley. Rt. 17 West to Millerstown. Communities included in this area are Millerstown, New Buffalo, McKess Half Falls, Meiserville, Oriental, and Seven Stars. Not included are Newport, Duncannon, Thompsontown, Richfield and Mt.
